These are the rules we used last year. Some more extensive and detailed rules will follow shortly, however no serious changes will be made.
- A team exists of 4 field players and a goalkeeper.
- There can be scored of all distances en positions.
- Foot is allowed, but not in an active way.
- The goalkeeper may stop the ball with both hand and feet.
- The ball can be played above the shoulders (only when it’s save).
- The ball may not be played longer than 3 seconds in the air by one player.
- Fairplay and safety are most important.
- To wear shoes and body protection is recommendable.
- A match takes 2 times 6 minutes.
